You can buy online with confidence, knowing that we we'll look after your interests even after you've purchased.
If any product you order online from Recognition Rewards Enterprises should arrive broken or damaged, we provide a "no problem" policy. We'll gladly exchange or replace that product as quickly as possible. If this is unsatisfactory, we'll accept the return of that item with our apology.
It is our belief that we offer good quality merchandise, and back this up with continued excellent service. Customer satisfaction is an important element to our business and remains a primary reason why we try harder.
Returns Procedure *
The item must be shipped in it's original packaging and must include the packing slip. Just follow these simple steps:
- Report any damaged item(s) to the delivery courier service ASAP. Be sure to sign for damaged pieces by placing your signature on the original packing slip accompanying the goods.
- Next, contact our customer service department by fax (519-656-1083) or email us at -- service@recognitionrewards.com -- during any business day. Please note that the company remains closed during recognized statutory holidays through-out the year including ... Easter, Christmas & New Years.
- Return Authorization numbers are required for all returns. We'll give you a Return Authorization (RA) number when you contact us about a broken or damaged product.
- When you receive your RA#, include it to the following address (as indicated here) or any address as instructed by our returns department:
