Setting up an Account :

We ask all our new customers to complete a credit application to set up an account. Our credit department will review the information you provide to ensure credit worthiness and then advise you when your account has been set up.

The application and review process typically takes between seven to ten days. Once you have "printed" our application credit form and have filled-in the required information, you may forward it to us by:

  • saving it electronically as a PDF or Word document, then email it to us as an attachment to: service@recognitionrewards.com
  • or send it by fax to: (519) 656-1083.
