People Praise Program :
Welcome to Recognition Rewards people praise programs and recognition/reward tools. Recognition Rewards has developed a simple, cost effective way to thank and appreciate employees. This program and the products were developed to provide our clients with a low cost means of recognizing employees. Recognition and Rewards programs are most effective when they are consistently applied on a frequent basis. This enables management to continually and regularly encourage and re-enforce the performance they need. They cards and products can either be used on their own or to compliment and enhance existing programs. These programs and products can also support progressive strategies where management may want to start with smaller initiatives and then increase recognition and reward activity once the benefits become apparent and realized. The concepts can be used in either formal or informal (On the Spot) recognition/reward programs.
The People Praise Programs can include any combination of the following various items-Pins, Low Cost Gifts/Rewards, Posters, Praise Cards, Certificates and People Praise dollars.
We have designed a People Praise package that consist of the items below:
- 100 pins (Pins are customized with the artwork, logo and or text of the company of the company. A popular choice are pins with an annual company Theme or Slogan committed to a key objective or focus and drive performance for the upcoming year. These pins can have a progressive messages for recurring recognition activities as they move towards their gold pins. Other clients use the "Give Em the Pickle" pin to align with our "Give Em the Pickle" workshop philosophy.
- 10 gold pins (indicative of a higher level of achievement or consistent efforts to meet company goals or standards (For example programs where once an employee achieves 5 or 10 pins they automatically receive a gold pin).
- 100 Thank You Cards (Card can either be individual or customized to meet your need.) See Cards Below:
- Low Costs Gift / Rewards
- Less than $10.00
- $10.00 - 20.00
- $20.00 - 30.00
- $30.00 - 40.00
- $40.00 50.00 (No items are priced over $50.00)
Products can include clothing items like hats, Sports Shirts, T Shirts, pens, etc as well as products like BBQ sets, Wine bottles and Wooden containers, tools, computer gadgetry, etc, etc. All customized to meet your needs.
- Certificates signifying special achievement and employee performance.
- People Praise dollars that are awarded for achievements and accomplishments and used/redeemed to purchase some of the available gift/rewards available in the program.
- Posters - To help communicate the objectives of the program and the companies commitment to improve performance.
Cards :
Recognition Rewards offers a full line of personal thank you cards. These cards allow managers, owners, supervisors and even staff to express appreciation of a fellow employee's efforts, contributions, performance, etc, etc. They can contain a slogan statement as shown below and an area for personal comments, or can be blank. The cards can also be customized to include your artwork, color scheme and slogans or if there are specific statements you would like shown that reflect the company's theme, direction or expression of gratitude.
As well each card contains several blank lines that provide an area for personalized comments from a peer, a supervisor, a manager, an executive and so on. The cards provide managers and supervisors with a fast convenient and low costs means to offer a personal thanks or messages that recognize and re-enforce the positive actions, behaviors and results you require.

Each card can also include a line to award employees Praise Dollars or staff points (if your program is based on points) that can be reimbursed for the product gifts and rewards that are included in the budget ranges as shown above.
The cards are also excellent additions to other recognition initiatives such as Awards, Gifts, Rewards, etc..
Note: For Customized cards with special slogans or company artwork price will depend on artwork and set up time to print the cards.
Costing :
All of the products in this program are designed to be low cost items. Products can be purchased individually or in packages. Costs can range from items as low as $1.00 to $50.00 maximum. Costing will depend on the type of products and gifts rewards your company requires and will also depend on artwork and themed messages on the pins and posters.
