The Law Of Expectancy :
The "Law of Expectancy" is a simply philosophy that employees will rise to meet the expectations you have of them.
For example :
If a good employee is continually praised, supported and given the proper positive vision and feedback of what he or she can become they will one day become that person.
Conversely
If an employee is constantly questioned, berated and reprimanded he or she will not have the self esteem to rise to the challenges of their position.
