| A - 2. | We have a variety of customization processes that you can choose from including Embossed Medallion dials, Dial Imprinting, Triple Stamping, and Engraving.

| A - 3. | Production times will depend on the process, which you choose and whether it is a first time run or a repeat. The following list is an example of the processes that are available and the approximate length of time for a 1st time run and a repeat run.

| It may be possible to put a rush on the job for an additional fee. Contact us for specific details.

| A - 5. | Extremely large orders outside of the P&I core may require a 3-4 month lead in order to source product. Check with your representative on the stock level of a specific item.

| A - 6. | Yes, because a PO clearly states what you require, it includes correct spelling of engraving, and prevents any misunderstandings.

| A - 7. | The $10.00 handling charge is applied per order not per watch and covers the fixed costs associated with customization such a disassembling, reassembling and couriers.

| A - 8. | No, you can not make selective changes to the die. If you need to make changes you will be required to make a new die.

| A - 9. | You can only change the overall color on single color die, you can not make selective changes.
[back to top]

| A - 10. | We strongly recommend that you use different dies, as we are not able to scale the size of a die either up or down. Since men's watches are generally larger than ladies watches, the scale of the logo would not be accurate.

| A - 11. | There are no minimums. However, some processes are not recommended for smaller orders as fixed order costs are high.
